Introducing BAM Book Jam with Arlan Hamilton

At BAM, we believe stories move the world. We also believe that the most impactful stories are diverse stories.

That's why we're introducing BAM Book Jam, an interactive book club series featuring conversations with diverse and innovative authors. The first BAM Book Jam will feature "It's About Damn Time," a memoir written by Arlan Hamilton, Founder and Managing Partner of Backstage Capital. The fund invests in founders that identify as women, People of Color, and members of the LGBTQ community. To date, Backstage Capital has raised more than $7 million and has invested in more than 130 startups. In 2019, Arlan was named one of Business Insiders' 23 most powerful LGBTQ+ people in tech.

"It's About Damn Time" is part memoir and part how-to for people who are generally underestimated in society.

Join us on Wednesday September 23 at 4 p.m. PT / 7 p.m. ET for a conversation about the book with the author, Arlan Hamilton.
