Announcing the Next BAM Book Jam with Koa Beck

Written by BAM Team | January 25, 2021 at 3:22 PM

At BAM, we believe stories move the world. We also believe that the most impactful stories are diverse stories.

That's why we're excited to announce our third BAM Book Jam, an interactive book club series featuring conversations with diverse and innovative authors. In the next Book Jam, we're featuring "White Feminism: From the Suffragettes to Influencers and Who They Leave Behind", a book written by Koa Beck, former editor-in-chief of Jezebel.

For her reporting on gender, LGBTQ rights, culture, and race, she's spoken at Harvard Law School, Columbia Journalism School, The New York Times, and The Metropolitan Museum of Art, among other institutions. She's also been interviewed by the BBC for her insight into American feminism.

Join us on Thursday March 25 at 12 p.m. PT / 3 p.m. ET for a conversation about the book with the author, Koa Beck.
